Selected experience
- Advising a consortium of contractors in respect to the proceedings and PPP agreement with Koleje Mazowieckie – project named „Design, construction and exploitation of a railway depot in Sochaczew” with the value of approx. 1,4 bln PLN. Advisory services included, inter alia, analyses of the tendering documentation, preparation of a draft of PPP agreement and preparation of a risk matrix regarding the project.
- Advising a contract engineer in respect to completion of construction of Elektrociepłownia Stalowa Wola under EPCM agreement (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Management).
- Advising an Asian investment fund in respect to due diligence, regulatory matters and contractual matters (real property, banking issues, leases, construction matters as well as environmental matters) regarding acquisition of a portfolio of logistic centres in Poland, Germany and France.
- Advising banks in respect to due diligence and contractual matters connected with finanincg of commercial and logistic centres in Poland.
- Advising investment funds and developers in respect to acquisition, disposal, or lease of agricultural, commercial and logistics real properties.
- Advising investments funds in respect to acquisition of various capital groups acting on the municipal waste market.
- Advising contractors in respect to tenders and execution of EPC agreements regarding Waste-to-Energy facilities in Cracow, Białystok, Tri-City, Warsaw, Konin and Bydgoszcz – Toruń agglomeration.
- Advising US and Polish investors in respect to securing real property rights and in respect to construction (including environmental procedures and construction matters) regarding location and construction of 110 kV energy line with approx. 45 km length.
- Advising banks, investors, developers and contractors in respect to investments in, construction and exploitation of wind farms.
- Advising investors engaged in geological and mining activities in Poland (zinc, lead, potassium salt, hydrocarbons).
- Advising a Polish energy group in respect to establishment of a joint-venture with a leading steel producer.
